(Adnkronos) – In occasione dell’evento “Quando il lupus attacca il rene”, svoltosi a Roma lunedì 30 gennaio, Stefano Bianchi, presidente società italiana di Nefrologia (SIN) e Nefrologia e Dialisi ASL Toscana nord-ovest è intervenuto spiegando cosa si intende per nefrite lupica, come complicanza del lupus, malattia autoimmunitaria che colpisce molti organi e apparati, tra cui il rene. La diagnosi precoce, sottolinea Bianchi, è importante per permettere ai medici di intervenire nella malattia quando è ancora possibile farlo.
