Podio della Maratona di Roma al keniano Langat Kiprono. L’atleta si è aggiudicato la 26esima edizione della Acea Run Rome The Marathone, a cui hanno partecipato 7.500 podisti, in 2h08’23”. Secondo il tanzaniano Emmanuel Naibei in 2h08’28” e terzo l’etiope Deresa Geleta in 2h08’42”. L’italiano a tagliare per primo il traguardo è Michele Palamini in 2h22’47”. E’ Peris Lagat Cherono invece a conquistare la gara femminile in 2h29’29”.
