Il prolungamento del contratto, come afferma Espn, prevede 122,5 milioni di dollari garantiti. Con un ingaggio medio stagionale di 34 millioni di dollari, Bosa supera i 31,7 milioni che guadagna Aaron Donald, defensive tackle dei Los Angeles Rams e fino ad oggi difensore più pagato. Bosa, che non ha partecipato al training camp, potrebbe essere a disposizione per la partita in programma domenica 10 settembre contro i Pittsburgh Steelers nell’apertura della regular season.
